A Native American Ceremonial Mound that is on the national archaeological registry dominates the southeast corner of the property. Nearby is a building that has air, heat, water, electrical, and sewage that can be made into another dwelling. Thirteen acres located between the levee and river are covered in huge wild pecan and oak trees, which provide a haven for squirrels, birds, and other wild life.
